Elektroblaze

This is a remake of my first OC. When I was 8 I came up with a guy who could use fire and electricity (though I'm sure someone might have done that already somewhere). His outfit changed a few times, but his colour scheme (which there is a lack of here) hasn't. Red top, blue pants and white spiky hair (this last one hasn't changed). He had no common enemy, until I came up with the character that today would become Young Rock Sam. He would be Sam's rival, and now he shares that role with Hooky.
